These are my prices for Drop-off and Collect (off-site).

£7 hourly rate for on-site visits.

• Windows 2000/XP/Vista* install, including software and antivirus, £50

• Ubuntu Linux install, fully tested and customised, £50

• Custom-built PC, or Re-build, fully tested, £50, plus parts

• Custom-built PC with Ubuntu Linux £100, plus parts

• Custom-built PC with Windows* £120, plus parts

*For Windows installs, a valid, genuine Windows license, or OEM sticker, must be supplied. If not, the customer must purchase a genuine “OEM” or “Retail” copy. Alternatively, the customer can run Ubuntu Linux, which is legally free.

Cash and Cheque are the preferred methods of payment. Cheques will not be accepted without the accompanying Cheque Guarantee Card.

All Windows software used has been scanned for Viruses and Spyware, and are programs known not to contain hidden spyware. Commercial (paid-for) software (e.g MS Office, Outlook, Photoshop) will not be installed without a valid license, or the purchase of a license.

Please note: The customer will be required to pay for ALL extra hardware and software in advance of work carried out. If the customer is outside the Southampton City area, a small transport charge MAY apply, to cover costs.
